Don began his engineering career in 1974. He is very knowledgeable in the design and installation of various mechanical systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, Piping and Fire Protection. He is an extremely experienced mechanical designer and engineer and is proficient in the specification writing process for mechanical systems. His strong communication skills enable him to relate engineering concepts and design alternates to clients as well as co-workers. During his years of experience, Don has been a designer, a Professional Engineer, a Senior Mechanical Engineer at R&W and acts as a mentor to other designers and engineers. Don is extremely adept at dealing with clients, peers, co-workers and establishing not only professional working relationships but personal friendships in the design community.
