Ilya has over 50 years of experience in electrical engineering. He has over 25 years with extensive and progressive experience in design, testing and maintenance of electrical distribution systems, overcurrent protection, PLC programming, variable speed drives, and UPS systems. His experience also includes performing power monitoring and power factor analysis for major industrial and municipal clients.
