Auman Building: Provided Mechanical and Electrical design services for the renovation of all clinic areas of a 28,000 sq. ft. building.

The medical facility included administrative areas, mammography, ophthalmology, pediatrics, radiology, CT area, hearing lab, and behavioral health areas. Design services included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, lighting, power and low voltage – data/communication design services.

Walnut Building: Provided Mechanical and Electrical design services for the TI of a 10,500 sq. ft. medical office building. Facility included two procedure rooms, X-ray area, exam rooms, offices and exercise therapy spaces. Design services included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, power and low voltage.

Asbury Building: Provided Mechanical and Electrical design services for the renovation of 2,000 sq. ft on the 1st floor, 2,000 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor and 9,000 sq. ft. on the 3rd floor. Renovated spaces included offices, exam rooms, CT area, Ultra Sound area, and laboratory spaces. Design services included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, lighting, power and low voltage.
