R&W Engineering has hired Mel Parker as an electrical engineering designer.

Mel provides design services for electrical systems for commercial and industrial sites. Mel has a successful background as a journeyman electrician and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology.
